By using SaveJet you agree to these terms. SaveJet is a free tool that helps you download publicly available Instagram content. Please use it responsibly and lawfully.

The short version: SaveJet is a free, browser-based downloader for public Instagram content. You may only download content you have the right to save; you are responsible for how you use it and must respect copyright. SaveJet is provided "as is", is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta, and works with public content only.

1. Definitions

In these terms, "SaveJet", "we", "us" and "our" mean the SaveJet service at savejet.app. "Service" means the website and its download tools. "You" and "your" mean the person using the Service. "Content" means the media (videos, photos, reels, stories, and similar) accessed through the Service.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use SaveJet, and you confirm you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority, use SaveJet only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Description of the service

SaveJet lets you retrieve and download publicly available media from Instagram — including reels, videos, photos, stories, highlights, carousels, IGTV, and public profile pictures — directly in your web browser. No account or installation is required. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You may only download content that is publicly available and that you have the legal right to save.
You are solely responsible for how you use any downloaded media, including compliance with copyright law and Instagram's own Terms of Use.
You may not use SaveJet to download private content, to harass or impersonate others, to infringe intellectual property, or for any unlawful purpose.
You may not abuse, overload, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt or circumvent the Service or its rate limits.

6. Intellectual property

All Instagram content remains the property of its respective owners and creators. SaveJet does not host, own, or claim any rights to downloaded media and does not grant you any rights to it. Downloading does not transfer any rights from the original creator to you. The SaveJet name, brand, and site design are our property and may not be copied without permission.

7. No warranty (disclaimer)

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any particular content can be retrieved.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveJet and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any content downloaded through it. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to USD 100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SaveJet and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your misuse of any downloaded content.

10. No affiliation with Instagram

SaveJet is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. "Instagram", "Meta", and related marks are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc., used here only for descriptive identification.

11. Termination

We may suspend or restrict your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you breach these terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence (including for EU/EEA consumers) are not affected by these terms.

13. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of SaveJet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
